Sonia’s many years of experience with massage has led her to discover that healing doesn’t just occur on a physical level. To really heal, we must also heal the mind and heart to live a life that enables us to reach our full potential.
Through her physical treatments she incorporates looking at core beliefs that may not serve but instead are blocking a person from moving forward in their life. It is a gentle unfolding within the treatment at the willingness of the client. Healing can only occur when a person is truly willing to be healed.
Touch for healing is located in Castlemaine and Melbourne, and is also a mobile and corporate massage service. However Absentee Reiki together with core belief work can be done for anyone, anywhere in the world with Sonia tuning in or via skype . There are no barriers to healing.

Sonia is the host of Global Meditations, found on facebook. It is an initiative that allows people to connect all over the world to meditate together at the same time. Meditation allows a person to become aware of the quietness within and opens up the channel for guidance from our own internal teacher or higher self.
